We would like to invite all kind of Performing Groups such as BRASS BANDS – BRASS BANDS WITH MAJORETTES – PIPES AND DRUMS BANDS – SBANDIERATORI – GUGGEN BANDS – FOLK GROUPS – CARNIVAL GROUPS – ONLY DRUMS BANDS - OTHER PERFORMING GROUPS FOR OUR ULYSSE FESTIVAL ON THE ISLAND OF DJERBA/TUNISIA - FESTIVAL FROM 20 JULY TO 5 AUGUST 2019 – EACH GROUP MUST CHOOSE ANY ONE FROM THE PERIOD – AS SHOWN ABOVE
CONDITIONS ARE
1) Group must consist from 20 to 30/35 Persons
2) Each Group must pay their own air-tickets to Tunisia and 100 Euros per persons - as participation fee – Airport to be chosen are A) ISLAND OF DJERBA DIRECT B) MONASTIR C) ENFIDHA D) TUNIS CARTHAGE IN THAT ORDER – COMPANIONS – PARENTS – FRIENDS – who would like to join the group –can do so but these will pay more (will inform you accordingly)
3) We offer and pay – meet and assist in the airport – Transfers Airport- Hotel – Airport – Nice hotel with 3 meals/drinks every day – transportation to the venue of performances - participation in this festival and one gift and diploma to group leader – Hotel will have swimming pool and white sandy beach with crystal blue sea – either at the back of hotel or close by the hotel
4) Each group must choose any one period as shown above - and Any tours that your group wants to make on the island of Djerba – This will be extra and must be paid
5) During the period of stay of your group – performances will be afternoons/evenings – Depending the period your group will choose – we will give you the programme later
6) If you are interested – you Should send us photos - some video clips – profile and application form fully filled
